I recently got the Teddy Bed and I could not recommend it more. My puppy absolutely loves it and would not take a nap anywhere in the house but her Teddy Bed. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. We ship Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders ship within 2-5 business days.
Our dog bed covers are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and either hanging to dry or tumble drying on low.
Our bed inserts are not machine washable, so we recommend spot cleaning only.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
