Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For dog bed returns, they cannot be removed from their vacuum sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for dog beds on the basis of incorrect sizing. Please be sure to measure your space and pup carefully before you place your order by referencing our size charts (Teddy Bed Size Chart / Fenwick Bed Size Chart). If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@fenwickpets.com.

To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Our Customer Service team will reach out with next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Dog beds cannot be returned on the basis of incorrect sizing
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and have tags on
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
