Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. We ship Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders ship within 2-5 business days.

When your tracking lists your package as delivered but you have not received it yet, it's likely due to one of the following scenarios:

- It may have been delivered to your neighbour's home by accident

- It was delivered to a spot on your property you don't normally check

- The carrier listed it as delivered in advance of actual delivery

- The package is awaiting pickup at the carrier but the slip was lost.

It is very unusual for packages to be marked as delivered and not arrive within a few days. Our policy is if your package is labeled as delivered and still hasn't arrived after 10 days, we will re-ship your order or provide a store credit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Our dog bed covers are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to prevent wear, however they can be tumble dried on low in a pinch.

Our bed inserts are not machine washable, so we recommend spot cleaning only.
